Vietnam-Russia relations: To Lam to hold talks with Putin in Moscow

Vietnamese Leader To Lam is set to hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow, as the two countries seek to deepen ties. According to Russian state media, discussions are expected to cover trade, science and education, as well as defence cooperation. Mr To Lam will also attend a joint forum on strategic technologies.
