CNA Explains: Why aren't more qualified educators choosing infant care?

All eyes are on infant care educators, as Singapore moves to make infant care more affordable and accessible. More families taking up infant care will also mean a greater need for manpower, with another 1,800 educators needed by 2030. Yet, more than 90 per cent of pre-school educators qualified to work in infant care currently do not. CNA explains what is holding them back.
