July's retail sales hit S$4.4b, slowest growth in 6 months at 1.5% on-year

Singapore retail sales grew 1.5 per cent on-year in July and totalled S$4.4 billion. It is the slowest growth recorded since January this year. One analyst says this is partly due to inflation inching up and it would likely result in modest future growth. Germaine Wong reports.
