Hong Kong's first robot-run convenience stores draw curious shoppers

Hong Kong has opened its first robot-run convenience stores, where a humanoid shopkeeper takes orders, serves customers and goes beyond the call of duty. Beijing-based robotics company Galbot launched three outlets in Hong Kong this month. The stores operate around the clock, marking the company’s first expansion outside mainland China.
