The notice was posted online on Thursday. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress. The State Department noted that all future Foreign Military Sales web posts for cases notified to Congress will be published on the U.S. Department of State’s website, in accordance with Executive Order 14383.
