Ukraine launched drone and Neptune cruise missile strikes overnight on Oct. 31 targeting the Kamensky Factory in Russia's Rostov Oblast, a key producer of solid rocket propellant for multiple-launch rocket systems. The facility, located near the Ukrainian border, also produces components for other missile systems and aircraft weapons. According to the Ukrainian military, the attack caused a fire at a warehouse storing finished products and damaged four production units. The General Staff stated that strikes on such facilities reduce Russia's ability to attack Ukrainian settlements. In addition to the factory, Ukrainian forces reportedly struck four Russian military supply depots in occupied territories.
