The final opportunity for startups to secure exhibit space at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 is tonight, September 18, with bookings closing at 11:59 p.m. PT. After this deadline, companies will no longer be able to add their startup to the Expo Hall, which is described as a venue for startups to showcase products, generate leads, and connect with venture capitalists and tech leaders.
The event is scheduled to take place from October 13-15 at Moscone West in San Francisco, expecting over 10,000 founders, investors, operators, and tech leaders. The $12,500 exhibit package includes a 6-foot table, 10 team passes, and features such as lead generation via the Disrupt app and website, direct VC access, press-list access, and Silver Tier sponsor branding. Attendees also have access to the Deal Flow Café and Investor-to-Founder Networking.
For those not exhibiting, regular ticket pricing will end on September 25, with savings of up to $200 available before prices increase. Non-exhibiting attendees can still access over 200 sessions featuring more than 250 tech leaders, AI-powered matchmaking for connections, and discover over 300 startups, including those in the Startup Battlefield 200.
