Ripple-backed Evernorth Holdings has filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to allow shareholders to resell nearly 73.7 million XRPN Class A common shares and 239,653 sponsor warrants. The resale plan includes existing shares, shares issuable from Class C stock conversion, and shares issuable from company unit redemption or exchange. The company will not receive proceeds from the sales, except for cash exercises of the sponsor warrants, which have an exercise price of $11.50 per share. Selling shareholders include SBI Holding, Ripple, Arrington XRP Capital Fund, Chris Larsen, Payward, and Gumi. This follows a recent agreement where Evernorth Holdings issued 5.2 million XRPN Class A common shares to raise $80.7 million for acquiring more XRP.
