Orion Real Estate Data Exchange has entered into a partnership with HUB International to extend tailored insurance solutions to multiple listing service (MLS) organizations nationwide. Initially serving California, Nevada, and Oregon, Orion, which was launched by MetroList, Northern Nevada Regional MLS, and Oregon Data Share, is expanding its offerings to help MLS organizations manage risks associated with member and property-listing data, technology environments, and governance responsibilities. HUB International's specialized team will work with MLS organizations to assess their specific risk profiles and propose coverage options, including errors and omissions, general liability, cyber liability, directors and officers coverage, management liability, business insurance, and workers' compensation. Dave Howe, president and CEO of MetroList, stated that the relationship provides MLS organizations outside Orion's initial footprint with access to resources designed around their operational needs.
