HouseCanary said on November 4, 2026 that REMAX Advantage, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group and ENRG Realty joined its Google Listings Program, which places brokerage listings in a carousel at the top of Google mobile search results in participating markets. HouseCanary put the addition at more than 1,000 agents, HousingWire reported. Each card shows core property details and the listing brokerage and links to a page with more information, the listing agent's name and a click-to-contact button.
The program, launched in early 2026, is HouseCanary's effort to connect multiple listing service data and brokerage inventory into Google's consumer search experience. HouseCanary negotiates agreements with MLSs to send their members' listings to Google. Participating MLSs include Arizona Regional MLS, Bright MLS, California Regional MLS, IRES MLS, Permian Basin Board of Realtors, REcolorado and San Diego MLS. A brokerage needs membership in a participating MLS or must encourage its local MLS to opt in.
REMAX Advantage is home to The Ashton Real Estate Group, which RealTrends Verified data showed closed 1,324 transaction sides totaling $709.6 million in sales volume in 2025. Gary Ashton, founder of The Ashton Real Estate Group, said in a statement that the firms are "recognized as early adopters of ways to maximize the exposure of our clients' listings." Debra Beagle, CEO of REMAX Advantage, said the firm was "incredibly honored and excited to have been selected as one of the first companies nationwide to participate."
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group has more than 700 agents who did roughly $1.4 billion in annual sales in the greater Tampa Bay and central Florida markets in 2025, per RealTrends Verified data. Its president, Casey Bryan, said "having our listings there, in a dominant spot, just makes sense." ENRG Realty has nearly 300 agents across 14 states, the company said; founder and CEO Peter Nobel said buyers "are already searching on Google."
HouseCanary CEO Chris Rediger tied the signings to brokerages seeking visibility outside traditional portals. HouseCanary also said the program was launched in early 2026 and was slated to expand to all eligible U.S. markets in the fall. The company is working through a Chapter 11 restructuring; its proposed plan, subject to court approval, targets emergence from bankruptcy before year-end with full recovery for all approved creditors.
