Cabinet Secretary Somanathan has reviewed the preparations for the NEET re-examination, emphasizing that strict legal action will be taken against any disruptions or attempts to tamper with the exam. The Union Education Minister, Dharmendra Pradhan, assured students that the re-test, scheduled for June 21, will be conducted in a fair and well-organized manner. He appealed to students to remain confident and focus on their studies. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced student-friendly measures for the examination, including an additional 15 minutes of extra time, extending the total examination window to 195 minutes. The exam will now be held from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.
