Hyderabad police apprehended seven Bangladeshi nationals, including four women, who were residing illegally in the city without valid travel documents. The operation was conducted based on intelligence inputs regarding illegal immigrants staying in a rented house in the HAL area of Gajularamaram-Jeedimetla.
During the inquiry, it was confirmed that none of the apprehended individuals possessed passports or visas. Preliminary investigations indicated that they had entered India illegally and had been living unlawfully in various parts of the country. Some claimed to have arrived in India two months ago, while one individual stated they had been in India for four to five years, initially staying in Maharashtra before reaching Hyderabad. They were reportedly engaged in petty jobs, such as working in beauty parlours, to earn a living.
