South Korea takes ‘direct blow’ as Trump orders reduction of joint military exercises

​News24 Political Analyst Joe Siracusa says South Korea has taken a “direct blow” from America as US President Donald Trump orders the scaling back of joint military exercises between the two nations. ​“He’s trying to tell the South Koreans to get with the program,” Mr Siracusa told News24. "They have to pony up, or they can’t expect American help in the future. ​“This is a direct blow to the people over there, the South Koreans.”
