‘She was performing’: Student accused of faking remorse over Charlie Kirk poem

News24 contributor Kosha Gada questions whether a University of Texas student's apology for mocking Charlie Kirk's murder was genuine, arguing the student appeared to be performing rather than expressing remorse. “She got her hair done; it looked like. She got her nails done when she was reading off her phone. She was performing,” Ms Gada told News24 host Rita Panahi. “I would suspect that if somebody tracked her social media after this, even a few weeks, months out, you would see a return to that type of commentary. “I don't think she's really repentant or interested in it.”
