King Charles’ public denouncing of Harry and Meghan ‘a line in the sand’ moment

Royal Editor for the Daily Mirror Russell Myers says King Charles confirming Harry and Meghan won’t be working royals is a “line in the sand” moment. “A line in the sand, isn’t it? I think it’s quite extraordinary that the King felt so moved to make this so public because it's something that we wouldn’t have expected from the King,” Mr Myers told News24 host James Macpherson. “Of course, the King and the Prince of Wales were very, very united in the fact that Harry and Meghan would have no chance of being working royals again. “It’s still a grey area as to why Harry and Meghan have come back; certainly they haven’t explained themselves to the King.”
