Xiangshan Forum: Chan Chun Sing says countries need to rethink what it means to 'win'

Singapore Defence Minister Chan Chun Sing says major powers should build trust with smaller states, and not fuel more insecurity amid global uncertainties. He called on countries to rethink what it means to "win", consider how their power is perceived by others, and find common ground. Mr Chan was speaking at the Xiangshan Forum — his second time attending as defence minister. Rebecca Metteo reports from Beijing.
