Singapore swimming veteran Amanda Lim is hoping to make her fifth Asian Games her best, as she prepares for what could be her final outing on the continental stage. The 33-year-old heads to Nagoya after setting a new national record with a time of 24.77s in the women's 50m freestyle in May. She's looking to build on her strong form when the swimming programme begins on Sep 20. Singapore is sending close to 30 swimmers for the upcoming Game. At the last Asian Games at Hangzhou three years ago, Team Singapore only came home with one silver medal in the men's 50m butterfly event. Nadine Yeam reports.
