Toa Payoh will get its first shopping mall and potentially a new school, as part of plans to rejuvenate one of Singapore's oldest HDB towns. Plans to also build 6,000 new homes in Toa Payoh West were unveiled at an exhibition at HDB Hub. The aim is to meet the evolving needs of residents, while breathing new life into the mature estate.
