Europe is bracing for another weekend of youth-led rallies driven by public anger over the rising cost of living. France is again deploying about 70,000 security personnel to prepare for its third weekend of anti-government protests. The interior minister has warned of a high risk of violence at the nationwide demonstrations which fall on Halloween. Authorities have vowed a firm response to any trouble and are alert to the possibility that rioters could use festive masks to conceal their identities. Ross Cullen reports from Paris.
