Singapore swimmer Gan Ching Hwee won her first Asian Games medal with a silver in the women’s 1,500m freestyle on Sunday (Sep 20), clocking a new national record in the process. Based on her timing, the 23-year-old also broke the national record for the women's 800m freestyle.
