Indonesia's finance minister has been replaced. President Prabowo Subianto has dismissed Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa and promoted his deputy, Suahasil Nazara. The cabinet reshuffle follows months of intense speculation amid concern over Indonesia's fiscal policy.
