Monsoon Rise Expedition: Exclusive look into early findings from deep sea exploration

An expedition co-led by NUS and US billionaire Ray Dalio's non-profit OceanX has newly mapped more than 6,000 square kilometres of the deep sea and brought back more than 2,000 specimens. Early findings suggest at least 20 species could be new to science, with researchers saying there may be more to uncover.
