Seniors appear to be beating young adults hands down when it comes to staying physically active. A new study by NUS Medicine reveals that undergrads are the least physically active, spend the most sedentary time, and allocate the least time for sleep. We spoke with Professor Michael Chee, Director of the Centre for Sleep and Cognition at NUS Medicine, for his insights into what the findings mean.
