Incoming Minister of State, Shawn Loh, outlines approach to education and health

Incoming Minister of State Shawn Loh says he will listen keenly to stakeholders and understand their concerns for his two portfolios that touch virtually every Singaporean. The Jalan Besar GRC MP will assume his roles at the Education and Health ministries on 1 January. He tells CNA's Sherlyn Seah that he will also not shy away from difficult decisions, if he believes they are right for Singapore.
