Heritage Business Scheme: Firms see footfall grow after support, hope for more tailored programmes

Some firms under the Heritage Business Scheme have seen footfall grow by roughly 20 per cent, a year since the programme was launched by the National Heritage Board (NHB). NHB says it is looking to offer more tailored support moving forward as businesses deal with challenges such as attracting new customers and preserving traditional skills.
