On July 29, drones struck a Wildberries e-commerce warehouse and the Ryazan Oil Refinery in Ryazan Oblast. Governor Pavel Malkov confirmed fires and that six people sought medical attention. The Ryazan Oil Refinery, owned by Rosneft, is a significant processing plant, handling about 17.1 million tons annually, or 5% of Russia's total output. Wildberries, a dominant player in Russia's online retail market, has also been increasingly targeted, with seven warehouses reportedly damaged, impacting 10% of its storage capacity. In a separate incident on July 27, an export terminal in Rostov Oblast was hit by drones, killing two people and injuring five, according to Governor Yury Slyusar. The attack also involved strikes on oil facilities in the Udmurtia and Yaroslavl Oblasts.
