Tunisian police arrested prominent journalist Mohamed Yousfi, an outspoken critic of President Kais Saied, on Friday. The head of the journalists' syndicate, Zied Dabbar, confirmed the arrest, stating that Yousfi was apprehended as he was preparing to enter Express FM Radio for a program. Walid Ben Rhouma, a presenter at the radio station, was informed by police that Yousfi would be taken for questioning without a stated reason. Yousfi also serves as editor-in-chief of the investigative news website Al-Qatiba.
