Strive, the corporate Bitcoin treasury associated with Vivek Ramaswamy, has announced the acquisition of an additional 2,000 Bitcoin for approximately $169 million. This latest purchase, made between September 28 and October 2 at an average price of $84,422 per coin, brings Strive's total Bitcoin holdings to 29,462 BTC, valued at $2.53 billion.
The firm's CEO, Matt Cole, confirmed that 61.5% of the capital for this acquisition was raised from SATA, with warrants generating $56.7 million. Strive reported an 18.5% BTC yield in the third quarter of 2026. During that quarter, the company acquired 8,137 Bitcoin at an average cost of $78,885 per BTC.
Strive's total Bitcoin holdings have grown by over 290% year-to-date, positioning it to become the fourth-largest corporate Bitcoin treasury. The company recently surpassed crypto exchange Bullish to become the fifth-largest Bitcoin treasury globally. Strive's aggressive accumulation strategy is noted to be exceeding that of Michael Saylor's Strategy, which recently bought 334 BTC for $28.7 million.
