This represents a decrease in Lula's lead compared to a previous poll where he held a 45% to 37% advantage. In a first-round scenario, Lula garners 39% of the votes, with Bolsonaro at 30%. The poll surveyed 2,004 individuals between July 31 and August 3, carrying a margin of error of 2 percentage points.
