Latvia has initiated the process to expel Russian journalist Leonid Ragozin, who has resided in the country for over ten years, following remarks he made that were widely seen as justifying Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Foreign Minister Baiba Braže announced the decision on Tuesday, stating that she had decided to initiate the process of adding another Russian citizen to Latvia's list of personae non gratae after receiving information from competent authorities and consulting with the Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior.
