Ukraine's largest telecom operator Kyivstar said on November 6, 2026 that it expects revenue to grow 15% to 17% this year, up from an earlier forecast of 14% to 16%, after reporting third-quarter results.
Revenue reached $349 million in the third quarter, up 17.5% from a year earlier, and operating profit rose 10.3% to $189 million, according to the company's quarterly financial results. Digital services revenue grew nearly 69% to $76 million, the fastest-growing part of the business. Services including ride-hailing and online health care now account for more than one-fifth of total revenue.
Kyivstar, which last year became the first Ukrainian company to list on Nasdaq, has expanded beyond mobile services into ride-hailing, health care and cloud technology. Its ride-hailing and delivery platform Uklon, acquired last year, launched in four additional Ukrainian cities in September and announced plans in August to enter five cities in Uzbekistan's Fergana Valley. Kyivstar is also building technology services for businesses, based on its planned acquisition of Ukrainian cloud provider GigaCloud for nearly $50 million.
CEO Oleksandr Komarov told Reuters that Kyivstar's infrastructure had been directly hit in recent Russian attacks, but emergency measures prevented interruptions to services. In the results announcement, Komarov said: "Our network stayed online even in the most demanding conditions." He said Kyivstar does not expect the war to end in the near future and has not included an end to the conflict in its 2027 business plans. The company has yet to release its financial forecast for next year.
