NAIROBI, Oct 7 (Reuters) - Kenya's central bank maintained its benchmark lending rate at 8.75% on Wednesday, marking the fourth consecutive policy meeting where the rate has remained unchanged. The decision by the Monetary Policy Committee followed a Reuters poll of 11 economists, where nine predicted a hold and two had anticipated a raise to 9.0%.
