According to prosecutors, the men acted on orders from senior Hamas figures to secure a fully automatic rifle, 13 pistols, and over 700 rounds of ammunition for attacks targeting Israeli representatives, Jews, or pro-Israel individuals. German domestic intelligence has warned that militant groups have called for violence against Jews in Germany since the Oct. 7 attacks, and that Hamas or affiliated individuals are attempting to establish clandestine logistical networks in the country.
