Special judge DD Kurulkar observed that Seth's alleged involvement in the crime was evident, considering the nature of the accusation and his role. The court directed the ED to produce Seth before the competent court in Delhi within the stipulated period, by 11 am on June 14.
In a statement, Reliance Group clarified that Seth is no longer associated with the group and had left in 2025, having served on the boards of several group companies.
