Bitget is taking subscriptions of up to $100 million in its VIP round and $20 million in its public round for a product whose rANT tokens carry no Anthropic share ownership or voting rights, so buyers are exposed to allocation and settlement terms rather than to the shares themselves.
Bitget said on November 3 that it had added an Anthropic-linked offering to its IPO Prime platform, letting eligible investors subscribe from $100 across two rounds ahead of Anthropic's planned public listing. The exchange said VIP and public participants would have separate subscription terms.
The VIP subscription runs from November 5 to November 9, with individual commitments of up to $3 million and a maximum total commitment of $100 million, Bitget said. The public round opens November 10 and closes one day before Anthropic's planned IPO, with commitments between $100 and $25,000 and total subscriptions capped at $20 million. Participants can use their existing Bitget accounts and choose between USDT and USDGO.
Bitget said the VIP round carries a 12% underwriting fee and public subscriptions a 5% fee. The exchange said it cannot guarantee allocations and that actual results will depend on the availability of shares and demand. After settlement, participating brokerage partners will receive shares and allocation of the rANT tokens will be possible. Bitget's terms state that rANT holdings carry no direct Anthropic share ownership or voting rights, and Anthropic has not authorized or endorsed the product.
Bitget said VIP participants should receive tokens three to five business days after the IPO, that public shares may be allocated over several days, and that normal trading on the listing day may be suspended. Unallocated subscription funds will be returned, according to the offering terms.
Anthropic filed its initial US IPO prospectus on October 26 and submitted an amendment on November 2. The company plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT, though its final offering price remains undisclosed. Anthropic previously announced plans to sell shares to Japanese investors, targeting up to $3.5 billion. Bitget estimated Anthropic's potential market valuation at $1.75 trillion, subject to final IPO pricing.
