U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs have experienced a significant surge in inflows over the past 30 days, attracting $2.95 billion according to data from SoSoValue. This positive trend includes an eight-day streak of inflows that began on September 17.
Monday's inflows, while marking the continuation of the streak, were relatively modest at $31.07 million. BlackRock's IBIT fund was a notable contributor, adding $54.84 million, while Grayscale's GBTC saw outflows of $23.19 million and Fidelity's FBTC shed $10.90 million.
The recent positive run for Bitcoin ETFs followed a difficult period. On September 15, the funds experienced an outflow of $450.4 million, the largest since June 24, coinciding with the U.S. Senate's vote against advancing the Clarity Act. That week, Bitcoin ETFs saw their smallest weekly inflow in 141 weeks, totaling just $6.2 million.
However, investor interest quickly rebounded. September 21 saw inflows of nearly $1 billion, the best day for the funds since October 2025, followed by $715 million on September 22. The pace then moderated, with inflows of $347 million on September 23, $191 million on September 24, and $134 million on September 25, contributing to a weekly total of approximately $2.4 billion, the largest weekly haul since October 2025.
The rally has also pushed Bitcoin above the average ETF holder's cost basis of $81,722, returning typical fund investors to profitability for the first time since January. Bitcoin was trading above $84,000 on Monday.
While the current streak is strong, it is not a record for the summer. A nine-day inflow streak ended on August 28, following comments by Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh at Jackson Hole.
Other crypto ETFs have also seen inflows. Ethereum ETFs added $982.5 million over 30 days and $17.1 million on Monday. Solana funds attracted $278.2 million over the month, and XRP funds brought in $127.05 million.
