Coworking solutions provider Urban Vault has sub-leased 16,000 square feet of office space in Gurugram to Green SM, an electric ride-hailing service backed by Vietnam's Vingroup. The newly leased space, located on Golf Course Road, Sector 54, is expected to accommodate around 500 seats and marks Green SM's first office in India.
Urban Vault's co-founder and CEO, Amal Mishra, stated that the partnership aims to support Green SM's growth in India, highlighting the company's capability to provide scalable and agile workspace solutions for global enterprises. Urban Vault currently operates one co-working center in Delhi-NCR and is exploring additional facilities in Gurugram and Noida, noting strong demand for flexible office spaces in Tier I cities.
Green SM India CEO Bach Tuan Anh expressed that Urban Vault's offerings align with their expansion plans, emphasizing the need for a reliable workspace partner. According to Colliers India, co-working operators leased 3.9 million square feet of office space from developers in the first quarter of 2026, representing a 77% year-on-year increase, driven by demand for flexible workstations from enterprises.
