REMAX Premier expands in Chicago with Villager Realty acquisition

Dan Crouch, the broker-owner of Villager Realty, explained that the decision to rejoin RE/MAX was motivated by the need to offer agents superior technology, training, and brand support, which proved challenging as an independent entity. "When we were independent, there were limits to what I could provide," Crouch stated. "I felt responsible for my agents and their success, and I knew we needed the right tools, education and brand support to move forward."

Bobbie Fisher, a recruiter for RE/MAX Premier who facilitated the move, highlighted the loyalty of Villager Realty's agents, noting that none were lost during the transition. RE/MAX Premier reported a 2025 volume of nearly $414 million across 1,105 transaction sides, according to RealTrends Verified.

Moving forward, Crouch intends to concentrate on expanding his own business, establishing a team structure, and supporting agents as they integrate into the RE/MAX network.
