ONE Sotheby's International Realty has announced the expansion of TFG International, a luxury real estate group co-founded by Tomer Fridman, into South Florida. This strategic move establishes a bi-coastal presence for the firm, connecting its existing operations in Los Angeles with the Miami market.
Matthew Perrye will lead the South Florida operations from ONE Sotheby's Miami Beach office. Perrye brings over 12 years of experience in luxury real estate, having participated in more than $700 million in transactions. The TFG International team, under Fridman and Perrye, collectively brings approximately $9 billion in career sales experience.
Daniel de la Vega, president and CEO of ONE Sotheby's International Realty, stated that Fridman and Perrye possess exceptional reputations and an understanding of the ultra-luxury consumer. He noted that the expansion aligns with the company's experience of affluent buyers moving fluidly between markets and the continued global demand in South Florida.
Tomer Fridman, who also co-founded TFG International while with Christie's International Real Estate Southern California and is co-chairman and founder of Israel Sotheby's International Realty, has represented numerous celebrity clients. TFG International has been involved in notable luxury transactions, including a $115 million estate sale in Holmby Hills and a $32 million sale in Beverly Hills. Fridman's individual transaction volume was reported at $385 million last year, ranking him highly among agents nationally and in California.
