Water companies are already implementing restrictions. South East Water advised customers in Kent to conserve water, with approximately 400 homes still experiencing supply disruptions. Wessex Water has introduced its latest hosepipe ban, affecting 1.4 million customers across Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, and Bath. This marks the company's first ban in 50 years.
