The Zambian unit of Abu Dhabi's International Resources Holding (IRH) has decided against exporting copper concentrate. This comes after the company was again granted the largest quota in a government waiver that permits the shipment of the semi-processed form of the metal. The decision means that the significant volume of copper concentrate allocated to IRH will not be exported from Zambia in this form.
