National appraisal management company Class Valuation has acquired Illinois-based valuation firm Allstate Appraisal. The deal, announced Tuesday, is part of Class Valuation's strategy to integrate established valuation firms into its organization. Allstate Appraisal will continue to operate with its existing team, gaining access to Class Valuation’s technology platform, national infrastructure, and a broader suite of valuation services. This acquisition is expected to enhance Class Valuation's capabilities across residential and commercial valuations, appraisal reviews, litigation support, and other specialized valuation services. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Steven S. Albert, president of Allstate Appraisal, stated that the partnership allows the company to continue serving its clients with enhanced resources and technology. John Fraas, CEO of Class Valuation, highlighted Allstate Appraisal's reputation for quality and expertise. Last year, Class Valuation acquired Appraisal Nation to expand its presence in the private lending market.
