Amazon intends to significantly expand its use of automation and robotics within its Indian operations, particularly focusing on inventory management at its fulfilment centres. Tye Brady, Amazon Robotics Chief Technologist, stated that the company is committed to investing further in the Indian market, where it has already invested $40 billion and plans to commit an additional $35 billion by 2030.
