China's surveyed urban unemployment rate for individuals aged 16 to 24, excluding students, dropped to 14.9% in June, reaching a 12-month low. This figure represents a decrease from the 15.6% recorded in May.
Concurrently, the unemployment rate for those aged 25 to 29 saw a slight decline to 7.1% in June, down from 7.2% the previous month. The rate for the 30-to-59 age group also decreased, falling to 4.0% from 4.1% in May.
