Google has launched its latest foldable smartphone, the Pixel 11 Pro Fold, which features a reinforced build and enhanced display technology. While the external design remains largely consistent with its predecessor, Google has implemented a new, stronger hinge and upgraded the displays.
The Super Actua display on the outer screen can reach a peak brightness of 3,600 nits, and both the inner and outer displays are 20% brighter than before. This upgrade comes alongside a battery capacity reduction to 4,750 mAh, contributing to a 1mm thinner profile and a weight reduction of approximately 20 grams. The device also supports 25W wireless charging.
In terms of camera improvements, the Pixel 11 Pro Fold is equipped with a new 48-megapixel sensor designed to capture more light for detailed photos in various lighting conditions. Combined with the new G6 Tensor chip and updated image processor, the phone can achieve a 30x digital zoom. The Pixel 11 Pro Fold will be available in Olive and Obsidian color options for $1,899.
