The UK's National Crime Agency (NCA) has uncovered a global network of individuals suspected of engaging in drug-facilitated sexual assaults. These crimes involve victims being sedated with drugs before being subjected to sexual assault. The NCA has identified more than 270 individuals who are linked to online forums that are used to coordinate these offenses. As a result of the investigation, eight individuals have been arrested.
