His ex-wife, Emily Moreno, has accused him of violence toward her and their 2-year-old daughter, and two other women, including former White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham, have also alleged abuse by Miller. Bay Village Police and Cuyahoga County child services investigated claims that Miller broke his toddler’s collarbone, but child services determined the concerns were unsubstantiated, and the prosecutor declined to prosecute due to a lack of evidence.
During the interview, Miller posted a trove of files via Dropbox, which he claimed proved his innocence. These documents included a report from a family coordinator who described the abuse allegations as "greatly exaggerated." However, the Dropbox files also contained a nude photo of his 2-year-old daughter, which Moreno's lawyers stated could be considered Child Sexual Abuse Material. Miller's attorney called the inclusion of the photo a "mistake" that was not Miller's fault and was corrected the following day.
