Max Miller, stating that "we have to allow this process to play out" and that "we don't take disciplinary action against members for allegations." The House Ethics Committee announced Tuesday it would investigate Miller for domestic abuse and illegal drug use claims, allegations Miller himself requested the probe for in an effort to clear his name.
