Detectives investigating the fatal stabbing of Finbar Sullivan on London's Primrose Hill have offered a £20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Jordan Asije, 22. Sullivan, 21, died after being stabbed multiple times during a fight at the park's viewpoint on April 7. Another man in his 20s also sustained injuries that were not life-threatening.
Asije, who is known to frequent north London, is urgently sought by the Metropolitan Police. Detective Inspector Andy Griffin appealed directly to Asije to "do the right thing" and hand himself in, while also warning that anyone assisting him could face criminal charges. While Asije is not believed to pose a wider threat to the public, he should not be approached, and the public is urged to call 999 if they see him.
Three men – Oliuwadamilola Ogunyankinnu, Alexis Bidace, and Ernest Boateng, all 25 or 27 – have been charged with Sullivan's murder and have pleaded not guilty. An 18-year-old, Khalid Abdulqadir, has been charged with grievous bodily harm. All four have been remanded into custody. Police have stated they have made significant progress in understanding the events leading to Sullivan's death and continue their inquiries.
