Olympic gold medalist skier Bode Miller has pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor drug charges in eastern Idaho. Miller was arrested on June 6 and subsequently entered pleas of not guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Court documents indicate that a probable cause statement from Fremont County Sheriff’s Deputy Jacob Hurt stated Miller was found with a white dispensary bag containing 4.1 grams of psilocybin mushrooms.
